Mr. Ben

This is Ben's last week of pre-school. It's big kid camp then kindergarten! I made these necklaces for his teachers, who he has been with since we moved here a year ago. I hope they like them.

This is a new silhouette necklace - all sterling silver, oxidized, and 1" in diameter. On the back, it says BEN!

Newest initial discs

Here is my newest initial disc - a sterling silver R on a sterling disc, with a touch of antiquing.

Or how about a sterling B on a 14k gold filled disc.

Don't ask what happened to the L. It wasn't pretty.

Long awaited

I've been planning a day off for about four months. Here, a day off means picking up my brother for lunch in Hayes Valley,

shopping in Union Square,

enjoying the sites,

and still making it home in time for a nap!

Another bracelet - maroon wrap

I've been toying with bracelets, and today I found my huge supply of maroon faux suede. I made this bracelet for myself, and I'm thinking you will probably find it in my etsy shop soon!

On a clear day. . .

This is the view from Ronnie's camp early in the morning. San Francisco looks so little!

And Ben looks so big!

This was a special request, and it came out pretty cool!

Fire on July 4th!

What could be better than getting to use a real fireman's hose at the July 4th parade?

Maybe getting to use it on your big sister?

Don't worry, Ben got it, too!

Late night

Through a very unexpected and lucky chain of events, I was able to go to the Lilith Fair last night!

And a special thanks to Uncle Max for taking the second round of babysitting, since Edwin was working a 24 hr shift at the hospital. So I didn't have to leave early and I got to see Sarah!
